I offer the below sessions and recommend at least setting up two sessions per week for optimal results!
1-hour sessions are recommended for the beginner who would like to start slow or needs corrective exercises before getting into a more strenuous, fast-paced workout. Also great for the more advanced exerciser!
45-minute sessions consist of 30 minutes of strength training and cardiovascular work with 15 minutes of flexibility.
30-minute sessions are great for those looking to fit-in a fast-paced workout with cardio bursts to really get the heart rate up!
